At Silkari Fashion, we aim to provide the best quality sarees. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return Policy

We do not offer returns on any products once sold.


2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • You receive a defective item
  • You receive the wrong product

3. Replacement Request Time

  • Customers must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

4. Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of issue (images/video) must be provided

5. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement
  • In case the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Slight color difference due to lighting or screen settings
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

7. Shipping for Replacement

  • Replacement shipping may take 7–10 business days
  • In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
