At Silkari Fashion, we aim to provide the best quality sarees. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return Policy
We do not offer returns on any products once sold.
2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a defective item
- You receive the wrong product
3. Replacement Request Time
- Customers must request a replacement within 7 days of delivery
- Requests after 7 days will not be accepted
4. Replacement Conditions
To be eligible for a replacement:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of issue (images/video) must be provided
5. Replacement Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement
- In case the same product is not available, we may offer an alternative product
6. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Slight color difference due to lighting or screen settings
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
7. Shipping for Replacement
- Replacement shipping may take 7–10 business days
- In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product
